We typically start with an onboarding survey and assessment meeting. Then, we collaboratively develop a fundraising plan which addresses key problem areas and opportunities that were uncovered. Industry best practices are always suggested to take the organization’s fundraising to the next level. The strategy consulting and planning process typically takes between two and four months to complete.
